Shipping & Packing Guidelines

Please review these guidelines carefully before sending us your products. Following them ensures a smooth process and the best possible offer.

Some Things to Note When Placing and Packing an Order

  • We do not accept used or opened product.
  • We expect all products to be in mint condition when they arrive to us. Products not in mint condition are likely to receive deductions.
  • Leave all prescription labels and stickers on the product and do not tamper (peel, write on, etc.) with them, as this could cause damage to the product.
  • Pack boxes well in sturdy boxes with good shipping material (bubble wrap, paper, etc.) to keep product safe during transit.
  • We do not process returns.

How to Calculate the Date Range of Your Product

  1. 1Locate the expiration date on your product.
  2. 2The month we receive and check in the product is month ZERO. Count months starting with the following month as month ONE.
  3. 3Count up to the month that is recorded on the expiration date of the product.
  4. 4This number is how many months out your product is.
Example
